1/2 Cup oil
1 Egg
1/3 Sugar
1 Cup Warm Water
1pks of yeast
11/2 tsp salt

Add the liquid first to the bottom of the pan
Add the dry ingredients =- add the flour first - don't let the salt, sugar of yeast touch each other so add to the corners and yeast in the middle

Will take an hour in the mixer

Plait or knot as you wish and leave to rise and then put the oven for 20 mins 180 degrees
