Directions:
In a 16 oz mason jar combine: 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/3 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp honey, diced apples, and 2/3 cup milk. Shake well and refrigerate over night.

I usually make 4-5 jars at a time and eat for breakfast throughout the week. :)

You can use other fruits as well. I make the same base oats without apples, then add bananas, strawberries, or blueberries the morning that I eat them.
