½ cup. Sugar
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
3¼ cups Milk
1 cup (or can) Sweetened Condensed Milk*
3 Egg Yolks
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste
2 tsp.Vanilla Cinnamon Sugar, for garnish

*Use 1 cup of milk instead if you want a less sweet pudding. I like sweet pudding, so I made this substitution for my taste.

Blend the milks, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and flour in a blender - till smooth. Pour into a Dutch Oven and cook on a medium heat. Add cinnamon stick and stir with a large wooden spoon. Add vanilla and butter to pan. Whisk mixture till it thickens and becomes smooth. About 10 - 15 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with Vanilla Cinnamon Sugar.

Just for those who try to be cute, a Dutch Oven is a large pot with two-handles. It's not as tall as a stock pot.
