1 lb kielbasa sausage in 1/2” slices
2 TBL butter
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 small green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, slivered

2 large carrots , in 2” strips
1 large cabbage, cut in large chunks
20 oz chicken broth
10 oz water

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté sausage in butter.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic and cook until onion is transparent but not browned.
Add cabbage and carrots.
Cover and cook 10 minutes until cabbage is tender.
Add chicken broth and water
Simmer one hour.
