18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (three 6-ounce packages)
1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 pint jar marshmallow whip
4-1/2 cups white sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
3 cups walnuts, lightly toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Generously butter an 11 x 13-inch pan. Put the chocolate in a large mixing bowl. Cut the butter up into chunks and put it on top of the chocolate. Then pour the marshmallow whip on top of that. Put the sugar and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately pour into the bowl containing the chocolate chips and stir until well mixed. Add the nuts and pour into the prepared pan. Cool 3 hours.
