6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Crack the egg shells by rolling around and pressing with your palm. Peel, rinse and dry the eggs. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Put the yolks in a bowl and mash up with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, mashing with a fork. Spoon mixture into egg whites. Put on a serving plate and dust with paprika.
