3/4 c yellow mustard
1/2 c honey
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
2T ketchup
1T brown sugar ( I used 1t molasses instead)
1 t Worcestershire
1 t Texas Pete's hot sauce or to taste (I added extra)
2 T butter melted
1 pinch nutmeg
1 dash liquid smoke (I omitted this)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a jar with a lid, shake to combine and refrigerate 1 day to 1 week before use. Can store for up to a month.

I first made this for the Fourth of July 2020. I measured the mustard and honey. I just eyeballed the rest. I was out of brown sugar so I used molasses. This tasted good. After the meal I realized I had about 3T of Texas Pete's wing sauce so I added that to this so I could toss the TP's bottle.I liked it quite a bit. So there is lots of room to play with this recipe.
