½ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Honey

Process peanuts and salt in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. Scrapping down sides as needed. Add honey, process just until blended.

You can use a variety of honey's. Or add spices, like cinnamon, vanilla, or pumpkin pie spice. If it's not sweet enough, I'd recommend brown sugar. Or corn syrup. If using artificial sweeteners, less is better. If not right add more. You just can't take it back once it's in.
