Crust:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup melted butter

Filling:
1 lb cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
1 tsp lemon rind

Topping:
3 egg whites
1 cup sour cream
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for crust and pat into 9"x13" pan.

Beat ingredients for filling until smooth. Pour over crust and bake at 350º for 35 min. Cool for 10 minutes.

Beat the egg whites well. Fold in other topping ingredients (sour cream, sugar and vanilla). Pour onto cheesecake and bake 10 more minutes.
