1 c. flour
½ c. butter
½ c. chopped nuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. cool whip
2-3½ oz. pkg. reg. coconut pudding mix (or you can use Pistachio Instant)
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter & nuts like a pie crust & line a 9x13" pan (ungreased) just pat into bottom of pan. Bake at 350º for 13 minutes. Cool completely. Blend cream cheese & powdered sugar until creamy. Fold in 1 c. Cool Whip. Spoon this on top of crust & spread evenly. Spread pudding mixed according to directions using only 3 c. milk. Spread on 2nd layer-cover with Cool Whip and nuts if desired.
