1 cup (2 sticks) butter
12 ox. evaporated milk
3 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp.vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pot, add the butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil. Once mixture is to a boil, cook for 7 minutes whisking intermittently. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour mixture into a blender and blend for 2-4 minutes. Great over ice cream. Mixture will thicken when cooled. If you want to thin it out just heat in the microwave.
