Ingredients:
1 box Pillsbury Hot Roll mix
Canola Oil
Cinnamon/Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the "sweet dough" recipe found on the side of the Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix box.

Heat 3-4 inches of oil to 375º in a kettle.

After the dough has rested the 5 minutes required by the box recipe, pinch off golf ball to the hot oil and fry until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar while hot.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is specifically for Bruce who thought making "grebble" was a long laborious mysterious process. Mother never made a specific grebble dough. She simply made it, using her sweet roll recipe (see Betty Crocker). It was the perfect compliment to cream soup!

I short-circuit the process by using the Pillsbury Dough Boy's Hot Roll mix! And, I also use it to make the cinnamon rolls and cream cheese glaze recipe. P.S. Here too, Bruce thought I "slaved" hours to make "homemade" cinnamon rolls. (Ha, Ha!!!)
