Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 TBS Powdered Sugar
3 - 4 drops of Orange Flower Water
1/2 Fresh Lime juice
1/2 Fresh Lemon juice
1 jigger Gin
White of one egg
1/2 shaker full of crushed ice
2 TBS whole milk or cream
A little Seltzer water (about 1-oz).
1 - 3 drops of real Vanilla Extract (or not, you decide).

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.

2. Shake, shake, shake till your hand goes numb from the cold! I suggest using whole cream, not milk so you get a genuine thick drink. Strain into a tall glass.

3. Garnish with a orange peel.

NOTE: Okay. Hand shaking this libation might be enough to prevent you from making any more! Here is the easy way, use your blender.

In a blender, combine the gin, lemon and lime juices, sugar, egg white, cream, orange-flower water and crushed ice. Blend until well mixed and frothy, about 1 minute. Pour into a highball glass, fill to the top with club soda and dust with nutmeg (optional). Serve immediately.

Personal Notes:
Created in 1888 by Henry Charles Ramos at the Imperial Cabinet Saloon in New Orleans. Henry, known better as Carl, originally named his concoction the New Orleans Fizz, but he used to call his famous creation the "One and Only One." The creamy, yet almost fluffy cocktail was an immediate success. But, it had its limits. Taking up to 12-mins to shake the cocktail required several bartenders to shake in relay! The cocktail shaker became so cold and frosted it had to be wrapped in a towel to be comfortably held.
