200 g butter or margarine
200 g sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar
3 medium eggs
Pinch salt, 250 g flour
125 g cornstarch
4 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk

Topping
1.5 kp plums
50 g bread crumbs
50 g hazelnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs and still until well mixed. Mix salt, flour, cornstarch and baking powder, add to wet ingredients and mix well. Add milk. Roll out dough on greased cookie sheet. Mix ground hazelnuts with bread crumbs and sprinkle on dough. Top with plums. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.

Plums:
Wash plums, put on dishtowel, take both ends of dishtowel and make sure dishtowel is closed. Shake well to dry plums, cut plums open and remove stone. Layer on dough, sprinkle with sugar and bake
