1 1/4 cups Christie Honey Crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup sugar

Topping:
2 250 g cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon rind
3 cup sour cream

Combine Honey Crumbs with melted margarine and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom and sides of greased spring form pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

Filling:
Combine 28 oz of cream cheese with sugar, salt. add 3 eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Blend in vanilla, grated lemon rind and sour cream. Pour over crumb crust. Bake 60 to 75 minutes at 325 degrees. Turn heat off, leave cake in oven for 30 minutes longer. Cool and refrigerate. Top with cherry pie filling
