12 slices Bacon (or whatever you have).

Preheat oven to 400º.
Line baking sheet with foil.
If you like your bacon crispy, put a metal cooling rack inside the baking sheet to elevate the slices - allows bacon to cook on all sides. Or you can skip this step.
Lay bacon strips in a single layer on the baking sheet - do not let them overlap or strips will stick together.
Bake until bacon is crispy (20 - 30 mins depending on thickness).
Drain bacon on a paper towel- lined plate.

This works great for cooking bacon for a crowd OR - once cooled you can freeze them and have them on hand for burgers or whatever. :)

Note: Save the grease in a mason jar or other glass container & store in fridge. You can use it to cook eggs, roast vegetables, pop popcorn or even use in dog treats!
