20 chicken wings
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with oil. Put the oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, sherry and honey in a large bowl, and mix well. Add the wings and toss to coat. Put the wings on the prepared pan, top side down. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn the wings over and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
