1 Pan-Fried Chicken Breast per person (recipe above under Meat and Seafood)

SAUCE:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onions, minced
1 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
4 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced (divided use)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon sherry
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sesame oil and sauté onion, 3 tablespoons garlic and ginger just for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, sugar, sherry and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add just enough cornstarch mixture to slightly thicken. Add the reserved 1 tablespoon minced garlic. Slice chicken breasts and pour the sauce over them.
