1 head romaine lettuce
2 apples cut into chunks
4 oz gogonzola cheese crumbled
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted

Dressing:
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl and add to salad.
