Fish-(any white fish such as red snapper or bass)
Onions
Bell Peppers
Bay Leaves
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onions and green bell pepper (chopped)
Add two bay leaves and ketchup
Place fish fillets in individual pieces of heavy foil
Spoon sauce over fish pieces.
Bake on 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes (depending on size of fillets).
