Rouladen meat
1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp tomatoe sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp dried garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp dried onion, chopped
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat into strips 1 to 1 1/2" wide. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a blender or shaker jar. Pour over meat strips , refrigerate overnight, then drain strips.

Dehydrator: use Instant Pot or Air fryer.
