1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup White Baking Chips
1 cup Pecans, chopped (optional)
1 box(17.3) Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
1-12oz. Bag Frozen Raspberries, thawed
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Preheat oven to 425º. Mix the chips together. Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface, to a 12" square. Cut each sheet into 6" squares . Place squares on an ungreased baking pan. Top each with about ⅓ cup of chips. Lightly brush edges of Pastry with water. Bring together all corners, pinching seams to seal. Bake until golden brown, about 18-20 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
Puree raspberries with 1 cup of powdered sugar in a food processor. This step is optional, you can strain raspberries mix through a small strainer to get rid of seeds.
Dust Pastry with powdered sugar and serve with Raspberry Sauce.
