1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
4 cups Strawberries, sliced
½ cup + 3 tbsp Sugar
1½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pastry into a 10" square, cut it into 12 rectangles. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Remove to cooling racks to cool completely. Macerate strawberries with ½ cup of sugar. Chill for At least 30 minutes. Beat cream until it thickens. Add vanilla and 3 tbsp of sugar. Beat till you get stiff peaks. Split pastry in half, then top each bottom with 1 tbsp of strawberries and 2 tbsp of whipped cream. Once all bottoms are filled, replace tops and add more strawberries and whipped cream. Now your ready to serve.

You can use HomeMade puff pastry, if you like. You can also use store bought whipped cream. You can even use a different type of berry. Just adjust the sugar amount accordingly to the type of berry your using.
