4 egg whites
200 grams sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dr. Oetker Bittermandel backoel
200 grams coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold in sugar, cinamon and backoil

Add coconut under the peaks do not stir.

Heap spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees
