3 eggs
14 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter melted
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup soda water (selter)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and let rest for 2 hours or overnight.
Wipe a small non-stick fry pan lightly with vegetable oil. Heat over high heat.
Pour in barely 1/4 cup of batter, rotate pan to spread batter. When top of crepe is dry, turn to bake other side only until lightly browned.

Turn crepe onto cookie sheets.

Freeze with wax paper in between each crepe.
