Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans kidney or red beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 onion, diced
6-9 lasagna noodles-depending on whether you want 2 or 3 layers
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded cheese of choice (cheddar, mexican blend, colby jack, etc.)
1 c. mild cheddar cheese
1 bag crushed corn chips

salsa
sour cream
lettuce

Directions:

Layer in 9x13 pan:

1. Ground beef, mixed with beans, taco seasoning, onion
2. Lasagna noodles
3. cottage cheese & cheese of choice

Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with mild cheddar cheese & corn chips. Bake another 15 minutes. Serve with salsa, sour cream & lettuce.
