1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 tin juice from pineapple
1/2 cup vinegar
1 to 2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup or more to taste

Directions:

Peel silver lining from spareribs, place ribs onto a cookie sheet and bake until browned
350 degrees

Combine the above ingredients and add ribs, let simmer on top of stove. Add 2 tbsp cornstarch (thinned with water). Take pan from heat and add pineapples before serving.
