3 lbs lean chuck or rump roast
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
2 5 1/2 oz cans of tomatoe paste
3 cups water
1 lb noodles cooked
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in vegetable oil. Add next five ingredients, cook until onions are tender.
Add tomatoe paste and water. Add to crock pot and cook for 6 hours on low or until done.

Serve roast with noodles. spoon sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.
