4 oz dry mustard
1 cup cider vinegar

2 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Horseradish to taste

Mix first two ingredients & let stand overnight

Add:
2 beaten eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt
Mix with mustard, cook until thick. Cool.
