1 head Cauliflower
Velveeta Cheese
¼ c. Milk
Bacon Bits
½ c. Dry Bread Crumbs
¼ c. Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook a head of cauliflower; drain off water. Put cauliflower in a casserole dish. Tuck cubes of Velveeta cheese into the cauliflower. Pour milk over cauliflower; sprinkle with bacon bits and bread crumb topping.

Crumb Topping:
Heat dry bread crumbs until golden brown in butter. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350º or until cheese melts.
