2-4 lbs. Beef Round Roast
4 Tbsp. Garlic
4 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
½ c. Soy Sauce
½ bottle of A1 Sauce
½ c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into ¼" wide strips. Layer in a glass cake pan and cover with mixture of garlic, salt, pepper and cinnamon; repeat until all meat is used. Then cover with liquid mixture of soy sauce, A1 sauce and water; let soak for 24 hours in refrigerator. Place toothpicks through the meat and hang in oven on racks at highest level. Bake at 150º for 4 hours with door closed and oven liner in place.
