2 cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 can evaporated milk + enough water to make 1 cup

Directions:

Fry with butter each time you put on griddle or frying pan:

Griddle at 350º or frying pan medium heat same like pancakes.


Do not need syrup, butter or powdered sugar. Eat as is!

Hawaiian Pancakes are a favorite snack, especially on a rainy day!! So good, they barely make it to the plate ~~ No forks needed!
