3 lbs. Venison

2 tsp. Onion Powder
⅔ tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:
Slice venison into strips ⅜" thick to ensure total saturation of meat while marinating. In a container combine remaining ingredients; stir meat in marinade. Be sure the strips are completely covered. Marinate overnight, turning if necessary. In the morning, lay strips on oven rack; cook 6-8 hours at 150º. The longer they cook, the crispier they get. Store in an airtight container. Will keep up to 2 years.
