1/2 c butter/margarine
1/2 c peanut butter
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/t t cinnamon + 1/4 c sugar
chocolate star candies

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Shape into balls and roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheets. Press a chocolate star onto each cookie as soon as they come out of the oven. 1 1/2" scoop = 3 dozen. 1 1/4" scoop = 5 dozen.
