8 oz. Bread Cubes (approx. 4 c.)
4 oz. Margarine
¼ c. Water
½ c. Celery, chopped
½ c. Onion, chopped
½ tsp. Salt
dash of Pepper
½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
2 lbs. Chicken, cubed and cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8x8" baking dish. Place cooked cubed chicken in the dish. Mix all stuffing ingredients in a large bowl. Spread stuffing over the poultry; press firmly. Cover baking dish; bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes to brown dressing.
