Ingredients:

1 can chicken
2 15 oz. cans of white beans (drained)
15 oz. can or frozen corn
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 package taco seasoning
1 7 oz. can green chilies chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 14 oz. can of chicken broth

Toppings
½ c. sour cream
2 T. lime juice
cilantro - finely chopped
cheese - grated
corn tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in 1 T. of oil in a large pot on the stove until translucent and fragrant. Add all other ingredients and heat until hot and bubbly. Serve with shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, a splash of lime juice, cilantro, and chips.

(Can also be cooked in a crock pot with 1 ½ lbs. of uncooked chicken breast cut into 1-2" chunks on low for 8-10 hours. Shred chicken before serving.)
