2 cans pizza dough
2 c.. mozzarella cheese
2 T. Italian seasoning
1/3 c. olive oil
1 8 oz. package of pepperoni
1 c. Parmesan cheese
OPTIONAL - 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic or garlic powder
** can use additional pizza toppings like olives, green peppers, try other meat combinations, etc.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut pizza dough into bite-sized chunks. Cut pepperoni into smaller pieces. Mix oil and seasonings, add all of the ingredients and toss to that the oil is spread evenly on each piece of the dough. Place in a bundt pan or a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake for about 30 minutes (or until the top is brown and the center is thoroughly cooked.) Don't forget to check the middle to make sure it is cooked. Flip over on to a plate while it is still hot. Serve with a side of marinara or pizza sauce and enjoy!!
