2-4 cans of Tuna in water, drained
Cajun seasonings of your choice (Tony Chachere's- Spice & Herbs, spicy or Original )
2 tblsp Louisiana Brand Hot sauce
4 ozs. Mayonnaise
1 small(Medium onion)diced into bite sized pieces
2-3 Dill pickles, diced into bite sized pieces
1/16-1/8 Cup Yellow mustard

1. Open and drain the tuna in a medium bowl and set aside.


2. Add the seasonings, mayonnaise and hot sauce into the tuna and mix until well incorporated.


3. Cut and dice the onion and pickles; stir in the onions into the tuna mixture, stirring gently until well mixture.


4. Add the mustard and pickles into the tuna mixture until well combined.


5. Add the tuna mixture to the bread and enjoy.
