Step 1:
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick margarine

Step 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
½ 16oz. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Step 3:
3 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (small)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (small)

Directions:
Step 1:
Mix & put into greased oblong 9x13" pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350º. Cool.

Step 2:
Cream cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, cool whip, vanilla. Beat & spread on crust.

Step:
Mix & beat until thick-spread on top of step 2. Let set and spread rest of Cool Whip-sprinkle nuts on top.
