5 lbs potatoes
1 1/2 stick of butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheese
1 bunch of green onions chopped
4 slices of bacon crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into chunks leaving the skins on
2. Place in the pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water, stick of butter, and salt and pepper.
3. Place the lid on and set the knob to seal.
4. Click the manual button and set for 6 min.
5. When done, do a quick release.
6. Add remaining butter and milk.
7. Mix well with a masher or hand mixer.
8. Add sour cream, ranch mix. Mix well.
9. Add shredded cheese and green onions.
10. You may choose to add more cheese to the top and put in oven for 15 min at 350 to crisp the top.
