7 - 8 Chicken strips or 3 skinless breast, boiled
1 Large can cream of chicken
1 - 16 oz. Sour cream
Ritz cracker
1 Stick of melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream of chicken and sour cream together in a medium bowl. Shred chicken in a glass baking dish. Add the cream mixture to the chicken and mix well. In a medium bowl crush 3 sleeves of Ritz crackers and add butter and mix well. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350º until bubbly.
