2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 2/3 cup plain flour
3 cups pecans
1 lb candied pineapple
1 lb candied cherries
1 1/2 oz vanilla
small box white raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Chop candied fruit.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
Sift in dry ingredients to just combine.
Fold in fruit.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Put into cold oven; bake at 350º for three hours.
