Separate 6 eggs
Sift 1 1/2 cup cake flour
1/ 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cream of tarter
6 tbl orange juice
1 tsp lemon juice
zest of one orange and 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks on medium speed for three minutes until yolks are lemon color.
Add sugars slowly, mix flour into yolks alternately with juice. Beat whites at medium speed for 1/2 minute. Add alt, cream of tarter, baking powder, and beat a little at higher speed for 2 minutes until stiff, not dry. Fold meringue into yolk mixture. Pour into lightly greased tubular pan. Bake at 325º for one hour. Let cool in pan on rack for one hour.
