4 Cups of Sugar
1 Cup of Corn Syrup
1 Cup of Water

4 Egg Whites

1 Cup of Chopped Pecans

1 tsp. Vanilla

Parchment paper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook with medium heat on the stove until the syrup will thread. (about 15 minutes)

Whip 4 egg whites until stiff, add the hot syrup into the mixer.

Add the syrup slowly as a small stream on the side of the mixer---not in the middle of the egg whites. Beat slowly until incorporated.

Stir in chopped pecans and vanilla.

Drop by Tablespoons or a small scoop onto Parchment Paper.
