3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. milk (undiluted)
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chocolate over sugar in 2 qt. saucepan. Add syrup and milk. Place over medium heat stirring occasionally until softball stage. Remove from heat. Add butter & let cool, without stirring until 110º or pan is cool to touch. Add vanilla & beat till thick & not glossy. Spread in buttered pan.
