1 can of White beans rinsed
Thyme
Salt to taste
1 large chopped onion
1 large tomato
5 cloves garlic
Cilantro for garnish
Chillies to taste
Add Water as needed to gravy

1 Sauté onions
Add thyme , chillies

2 Add canned beans washed and drained
Sauté for 1-2 minutes

3 Add tomatoes and salt.
Cook for 5 minutes

4 Mash up beans slightly to create more sauce.

5 Garnish with cilantro

6 Serve alone or with other veggies and roti or rice or bread
