2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs beaten
2 cups and some milk (buttermilk gives thicker consistency)
1/2 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
Shift dry ingredients together. Add beaten eggs and milk. Mix well. Add oil and beat. May need to add more milk depending on preference of thickness.
