1 quart frozen strawberries
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 container of cool whip

Crust
1 1/2 pkg gram cracker
4 tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix all ingredients and beat for 15 minutes on high speed. Fold in cool whip. Pour onto gram cracker crust in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top and freeze.
