1½ pound dry roasted peanuts
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
6 Tbsp margarine
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine on cookie sheet.
Beat egg whites until stiff and then add sugars. Beat until well blended.
Spread on cookie sheet over margarine. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes but mix every 10 minutes.
Store in air tight containers...you can reuse the Screw top jars the peanuts come in.
