Beef roast
Dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a garlic clove into slivers. Poke holes into the roast and insert garlic. Rub the roast with dry mustard to bring out flavor of the roast. Start roast in a hot oven between 400 – 450 °F for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 °F and roast 20 minutes per pound for medium rare, longer for well done.
